- U15 Integrated Flight 1
- U15 Integrated Flight 2
- U17 Integrated Flight 1
- U17 Integrated Flight 2

Registration Eligibility
- U17 Elite division open to zone and academy teams, and USA Tier 1 teams as per appropriate birth year
- U15 Flight 1 and U13 Flight 1 are ideal for teams not quite ready to compete against the very best but are still the top team in your association/program. These teams are playing at a strong level of play but are not necessarily tournament travel teams
- U15 Flight 2 is for local or equivalent BC Hockey Minor Hockey Associations playing in Flight 1 or 2
- U13 Elite division open to teams that can compete at the highest U13 levels
- Past season’s results will be considered when evaluating suitability
- All Hockey Canada and USA Hockey programs are eligible
- The Event Managers reserve the right to move teams from flights and/or divisions at their discretion and with no refund
Registration Process
- Review Policies: Carefully review our Cancellation Policy and Stay and Play Policy.
- Register Through Spordle: Click here to navigate to Spordle and register by your division.
- Click “Register a Team.”
- Canadian Teams: Search by team name , enter the team name exactly as it’s shown on your official Hockey Canada issued roster, or if known search by HCR Team ID#, by selecting “Search by #”. All Canadian Teams approved by Hockey Canada will be in the system, please DO NOT use the ‘Register an external team’ link.
- USA Teams: Search by team name (which won’t be found), then select option to “Register an external team.”
- Application Review: The Event Managers will review all applications and follow up with teams regarding their acceptance into the tournament.
- Payment: Accepted teams must pay the full registration fee to secure their spot in the tournament.
- Accommodation for Travel Teams: Travel teams are required to book their accommodations through our partner hotels.

Pricing
Integrated Team $2,750 +GST
Female Team $2,000 +GST
Registration Includes:
- A minimum of five games for U13 divisions
- A minimum of four games for U15 and U17 divisions
- Four days of competition at a professionally managed tournament
- Custom coach and player gifts, and custom awards
- Tournament All Star awards
- Champions receive recognition on the tournament trophy and take-home award
- Exposure to WHL and associated scouts, with a dedicated Scout Lounge
- U15 and U17 athletes are eligible for the exclusive Pat Quinn Classic Scholarships, supported by the Vancouver Canucks Alumni Association (application required)

Cancellation Policy
The only way to guarantee your team’s spot in the tournament is by registering and making a full payment. If the tournament does not proceed, or your team is not eligible (i.e. US teams or inter-provincial teams), we will issue a full refund minus a $50 CDN administration fee.
All team registration cancellations prior to November 15, 2024 will be subject to a $500 CDN fee. Any team registration cancellations after November 15, 2024 will be non-refundable.

Stay and Play Policy
To recognize the contributions of the local accommodation partners, the tournament has a Stay and Play policy, whereby all travel teams must stay in partner hotels. Failure to comply with the policy will result in the travel teams being removed from the tournament without a refund.
